Product Warranty

The complete machine warranty is one to three years (based on the sales agreement), including all software and hardware products; Product lifetime maintenance service (sign maintenance agreement after warranty period).
Note: All faults and environmental damages caused by human damage, accidental damage, and illegal operations are not covered by the warranty. After the equipment warranty period, provide paid equipment maintenance services, charge component fees as appropriate, and waive maintenance fees.
